What You Will Learn
Menu: Seared Scallops with Prosecco Butter Sauce – Chardonnay and Pecorino Risotto – Classic Haricots Verts with White Wine and Shallots – Chocolate Cake with Port and Vanilla Bean Crème Anglaise
 
Class Description: Enjoy sipping wine with your special someone? Now learn how to incorporate wine into a 4-course romantic dinner. Try your hand at adding Chardonnay, Prosecco and port to scallops, risotto and even a chocolate cake. Salute!
 
**Please Note:** In this class, we will discuss wine and cooking with wine,  wine will  be served during class
Classes are 2 to 3 hours, unless otherwise noted above You will work with other students in groups of 4 Hands-on classes are limited to 16 students You will be standing, cooking and working for most of the class. Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back You will enjoy a generous taste of every dish.  Students receive 10% off their next class when booked in-store the day of class
