What You Will Learn
Menu: Brisket Burgers with Caramelized Onions and Brioche Bun – Double Fried French Fries with Truffle Aioli – Quick Cucumber Pickles – Homemade Salted Caramel Ice Cream
 
Class Description: Just say no to $15 burgers—make your own gastropub favorites at home. Get hands-on practice grinding meat and shaping burger patties, quickly pickling cucumbers, whisking truffle aioli and frying up the crispiest frites ever. Plus, we’ll churn out ice cream in everybody’s new favorite flavor: salted caramel.
 
Classes are 2 to 3 hours, unless otherwise noted above You will work with other students in groups of 4 Hands-on classes are limited to 16 students You will be standing, cooking and working for most of the class. Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back You will enjoy a generous taste of every dish.  Students receive 10% off their next class when booked in-store the day of class
