What You Will Learn
Menu: Vanilla Chiffon Cake – Lemon Buttercream – Lemon Curd – Decorating Techniques
 
Class Description: Unleash your inner cake decorator in this intensive 3-hour workshop. Practice everything from making and coloring buttercream to piping like a pro. You’ll enjoy assembling, frosting and decorating a three-layer cake, complete with sprinkles and a and a piped written message.
 
 
This class is 3 hours long
Classes are 2 to 3 hours, unless otherwise noted above You will work with other students in groups of 4 Hands-on classes are limited to 16 students You will be standing, cooking and working for most of the class. Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back You will enjoy a generous taste of every dish.  Students receive 10% off their next class when booked in-store the day of class
